A working session, not a keynote

Practical workshops for marketing teams and leadership groups, built around your actual work, not slides about what AI might do someday. People leave with something they have built, not notes they will not reread.

The problem

Most AI training for teams is either too abstract to apply or too tool-specific to survive the next product update.

Six months later, nothing has changed about how the team works. These sessions are built the other way round: we work on your material, your workflows, and your actual problems, and the output is something the team keeps using.

Fit

This is built for you if

CMO or Marketing Director

Team capable, capability uneven

My team needs to actually use this, not hear about it.

Executive or leadership team

Deciding where AI investment goes

We need a shared understanding before we allocate budget.

People or L&D lead

Rolling out capability across functions

We need practical training, not a keynote.

This is probably not a fit if

  • Conference keynotes and inspiration talks
  • Sessions with no follow-through mechanism agreed in advance
  • Groups larger than a working session can accommodate

Formats

How it is run

Team workshop

Half a day, for marketing or operations teams. Hands-on, built around the team's current work. Up to 15 people.

Leadership session

Half a day, for executive groups. Framing the decisions, assessing where the return is, and agreeing what to do next. Up to 10 people.

Multi-day programme

For larger teams or phased rollouts. Scoped individually.

Deliverables

What we cover

  • Where AI genuinely creates value in your function, and where it does not
  • Building workflows instead of collecting prompts
  • Context and knowledge systems, so the tools know your business
  • Quality control, and what “good” means for your team
  • What AI search changes for how the company gets found
  • Measuring whether any of it worked

Process

How it runs

  1. 01

    Scoping call

    Before booking

Your team, their current level, and what you want to change.

  2. 02

    Tailoring

    The week before

The session is built around your material, not a stock deck.

  3. 03

    The session

    On the day

    Hands-on throughout.

  4. 04

    Follow-up pack

    After

Documentation, workflows and templates the team keeps.

Investment

Timeline and investment

Priced per session, based on format, group size, and how much tailoring the material needs.

What changes the price: format, group size, location, and how much tailoring the material needs.

Delivery: remote or on-site. On-site sessions are available anywhere, and travel and accommodation are billed at cost on top of the session fee. You will see the travel figure in the proposal before you commit to anything, not on the invoice afterwards.

FAQ

Before you ask

How technical does the team need to be?
Not at all. These sessions are built for marketing and business people, not engineers.
Can you run this for our clients?
Yes. Agencies book these for client-facing sessions reasonably often. Say so at the scoping stage so the material is pitched correctly.
Do you deliver remotely?
Yes, and it works well for the leadership format. Team workshops are better in person where practical.
What do people actually leave with?
Documented workflows for their own use cases, plus the follow-up pack. Not a slide deck.

Tell me about your team

Send the audience, the format and roughly when. I will come back with an outline and a price, or say plainly if it is not a fit.
