What are you trying to solve?
I work with marketing leaders in three ways, depending on where you are starting from. If you are not sure which one fits, the audit is almost always the right first step. It tells us both what is actually needed before we scope anything larger.
Fit
This is built for you if
Marketing Director or CMO
Mid-market, SaaS or hospitality, existing marketing team
“Our organic traffic is down and I cannot explain it with rankings.”
Founder or CEO
Company past product-market fit, real budget at stake
“We are spending on AI and I cannot tell what it has returned.”
Agency Owner
Client-facing, being asked questions the team cannot yet answer
“Clients are asking about AI search and we are improvising.”
This is probably not a fit if
- Teams looking for a prompt library, a course, or group coaching
- Done-for-you content production at volume
- Anyone wanting a guarantee on rankings or traffic
- Work outside marketing, sales-adjacent systems, and the operations that touch them
Engagements
Three ways to work together
Start here if you do not yet know where you stand.
AI Search Visibility Audit
A fixed-fee diagnostic across AI assistants and traditional search: where you appear, where competitors are beating you, and what to fix first.
For teams ready to rebuild.
AI Marketing Systems
How content, workflows, and tooling actually operate, redesigned so AI output turns into qualified pipeline rather than volume.
For teams and executive groups.
Workshops
Working sessions for marketing teams or leadership groups. Practical and hands-on, not a keynote.
Method
How an engagement actually runs
- 01
Diagnose
Every relationship starts with understanding what is actually broken, not assuming.
- 02
Plan
A specific, prioritised plan, not a generic AI roadmap.
- 03
Build or advise
Depending on the engagement, I either help design the system directly or guide your team through building it.
- 04
Measure
Every engagement has a defined way of knowing whether it worked, agreed before we start.
Pricing
On pricing
I price each engagement after a scoping conversation, once I understand the size of your site, your team, and what you are actually trying to solve. A generic figure would be wrong in both directions often enough to be useless.
What I will say up front: the audit is a fixed fee and deliberately sized to be approvable without a procurement process. The other engagements are scoped individually. The scoping call takes about 20 minutes and you will leave it with a number, not a follow-up sequence.
FAQ
Common questions
- Why isn't pricing on the site?
- Because every engagement is scoped differently and a generic figure would mislead in both directions. The scoping call is short, there is no sequence attached to it, and you will leave with an actual number.
- Do you implement, or just advise?
- It depends on the engagement. Audits are diagnosis and strategy. System builds can include implementation, either directly or through theCSS Agency.
- What if we already use AI tools?
- Good. That usually means the problem is not adoption, it is system design. That is exactly what the AI Marketing Systems engagement addresses.
- Do you work with small businesses?
- Most engagements are scoped for teams with an existing marketing function and budget authority. If you are earlier than that, start with the newsletter and insights. They are free and genuinely useful.
Find out what AI answers say about you
Before you change anything, find out what is actually broken. The audit maps which questions you appear for, which sources are cited instead of you, and what is recoverable. You get the findings whether or not we work together after it.
